- اگر old_text یا new_text حاوی نویسه‌های دوبایتی باشد، هر نویسه دوبایتی دو بایت شمرده می‌شود.
- این تابع برای پشتیبانی از زبان‌های DBCS مانند ژاپنی، چینی و کره‌ای ارائه شده است.
✦ Tips
- تابع REPLACEB هر نویسه دوبایتی را دو بایت حساب می‌کند؛ برای زبان‌های تک‌بایتی تفاوتی با REPLACE ندارد.
- در کتاب‌های کار با نسخه سازگاری ۲، رفتار REPLACE بهبود یافته و جفت‌های جانشین را یک نویسه حساب می‌کند، بنابراین در اغلب موارد استفاده از REPLACE توصیه می‌شود.
